Principles of Focused Course Accreditation
A presentation on the principles of focused courses is available to view and might be of help to Course Leaders seeking accreditation.
Apply for CASE Accreditation
An application form must be completed first for all CASE accreditation and reaccreditation events, approvals and validations whether for a full programme, a focused course or a change to an existing accredited course.
A new form should be downloaded each time an application is made to ensure the latest version is being used. Please send your completed application form to case@ipem.ac.uk.

Programme Accreditation
This proforma must be completed by the Programme Leader who is requesting any of the following:
- Accreditation of a Postgraduate Medical Ultrasound Programme or PgCert
- Re-Accreditation of a Postgraduate Medical Ultrasound Programme or PgCert
- Changes to any aspect of a Postgraduate Medical Ultrasound Programme including changes to and/or addition of modules
